Position: Armed Supervisor Safety and Security - Security - Mount Carmel Grove City
Trinity Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Responds to emergency situations and represents the Safety and Security Manager by taking action in accordance with Mount Carmel Health System directives and maintaining a close relationship and serving as the shift liaison with law enforcement, fire services and other system hospital safety & security teams.;
Performs all supervisory functions for the department, to include scheduling, production, evaluating (competency), coaching, progressive discipline and counseling. May recommend the hiring and termination of employees.;
Review officer activity logs and reports for accuracy and content.;
Ensures officers complete assignments and maintains posts as directed.;
Participates in and coordinates with organizational process to collect and evaluate information about hazards and safety practices that are used to identify safety management issues.
