Response Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer. The role is a casual position where you will adapt from one mission to the next, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance.

• Site location:
  Columbus, Ohio
• Set schedule:
  Full-time/Part-time, Monday through Sunday, all shifts available
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 per hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
• Complete an extensive screening process (including background and drug screening)
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
