Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or team members by following site-specific procedures;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, building interiors, and perimeter locations to help identify concerns and/or report conditions needing attention;
Monitor entry and exit activity involving employees, visitors, and/or deliveries, help to document observations, and support established procedures for restricted areas and high-traffic operations;
Complete routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or policy concerns, and help maintain awareness of daily operations across the location
