• Location: Columbus, Ohio
• Schedule: Full-time/Part-time, Monday through Sunday, all shifts available
• Pay: Competitive hourly wage of $20 per hour (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of high school diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Available for two consecutive shifts
• Pass extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem‑solving skills
• Prior security, military, law enforcement experience preferred
• State license if required
