Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking lots, entry points, dock areas, and the perimeter of a logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Observe and report irregular conditions, damaged property, traffic concerns, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining accurate daily activity reports
