Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking areas, entry points, trailer yards, and the facility perimeter;
Monitor access points and observe shipping and receiving activity, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel, drivers, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols
