Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Monitor access points, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and package-handling areas in a logistics and distribution location; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel according to site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations according to site policy.;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence.
