** Finishing & Coatings Technicians

As a Finishing & Coatings Technician, you will play an important role in preparing surfaces and applying high-quality finishes and protective coating systems on a wide variety of commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in craftsmanship, value teamwork, and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment.### What You'll Do
* Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, cleaning, patching, and masking
* Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
* Ensure smooth, consistent finishes that meet project quality standards
* Operate lifts and other access equipment safely
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
* Follow company safety procedures and jobsite requirements at all times### Requirements
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be clean-shaven to properly wear a respirator when required
* Commercial and/or industrial painting experience preferred
* Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team### Why You'll Love Working Here
