Role
Role: Field Technician responsible for installing, repairing services, and educating customers on their use.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot technical issues, work outdoors in various environments, use hand tools, and operate company vehicles.
- Build relationships with customers and colleagues, and participate in on-the-job training and career progression programs.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, fluent in English, proficiency with computers and hand tools, valid driver’s license, and ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces is required.
Skills- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, critical thinking, responsibility, reliability, and physical stamina. Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments is essential.
- Install and repair services, educate customers, troubleshoot technical problems, and adhere to safety and operational standards. Opportunities for certification and career advancement are available.
