The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to join our DEI department. The Director of DEI champions connection, promotes inclusion, and drives initiatives that strengthen belonging across the organization. This position will design and implement initiatives responsible for incorporating inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into relevant programs and organizational initiatives. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations.

Our continuum of care addresses every stage and aspect of what children may be experiencing after traumas caused by mental illness, abuse, or neglect. • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
• You have at least three years of DEI working experience.
• You have an active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
