Position: Equipment Operator I

Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Grove City, OH – Onsite

6 month

Schedule:

Full-Time
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
Schedule may change based on business needs

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Warehouse Associates with order picking and material handling experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
Operate a ride-on electric pallet jack
Load and move products within the warehouse
Use RF scanners and voice-directed picking equipment
Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting performance goals

Required Skills

Order picking experience
Double-blade electric pallet jack (ride-on pallet jack) experience
Loading experience
RF scanner experience
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Strong and stable work history, with previous positions typically lasting 9 months or longer
Must wear steel-toed boots

Work Environment

Warehouse setting
Voice-directed equipment used in English
Night shift operations
Temp-to-hire opportunity
