Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound & Outbound)

A brand new site. New Technology.

We're an established eCommerce fulfillment provider opening our first automated fulfillment centre in the USA and we're looking for an Inbound & Outbound Supervisor to help get it off the ground. This role brings a real opportunity to shape how a modern, automated operation runs - and lead the team that makes it happen.

Location:Grove City, Ohio

Schedule:Mon - Fri, 8am - 4.30pm and weekend as needed.

What you'll be doing...

You'll support in leading the daily recieving and reverse logistics from the ground up - making sure every inbound shipment and returned product is processed, documented, and ready for the warehouse floor, with nothing left to guesswork.

You'll run the intake and returns team, turning incoming stock and customer returns into organized, system ready inventory - all while hitting SLA's and keeping compliance tight from day one.

You'll be a driving force behind inventory data integrity. QA and Inventory Control own the audits, but accuracy starts with you - clean receiving practices, sharp documentation, and communication that gets ahead of problems before they happen.

On the outbound site, you'll own the full operation - orders picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, safely, and on time, every time.

You'll manage your people, your productivity, and your standards - balancing labor, quality, and service performance in a fast moving, safety first environment. You'll be delivering on our customer promise - making sure service commitments aren't just met, but built into how our site runs from the start.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, ecommerce, or distribution environment.
• A good understanding of inbound and outbound processes
• Experience managing hourly, frontline, and/or agency teams
• Ability to manage performance using operational KPIs and data
• Confident addressing performance, attendance, and conduct issues
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and coaching
• Ability to prioritize and make decision in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organized

You’ll be working in a warehouse environment, where regular use of a computer will be required along with regular physical activity including lifting.
