Distribution Warehouse Associate
The Distribution Warehouse Associate accurately receives, stores, picks, loads, and ships products while supporting safe and efficient warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and delivering reliable service to customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, regularly support overtime needs of 45–50 hours per week, and contribute to a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand dollies, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive inbound freight, verify accuracy, and stock materials in the correct warehouse locations.
- Pull, pick, and package products accurately according to order specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare, load, and ship outbound freight on time while following shipping and receiving procedures.
- Use RF scanners and related technology to track inventory, complete picking tasks, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support daily warehouse production activities, including unloading trucks and staging materials for storage or shipment.
- Lift, move, and handle materials up to 75 pounds and regularly lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow established safety procedures and operational standards at all times while performing warehouse duties.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Skills
- Proven warehouse experience in a fast-paced distribution or production environment.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Experience using RF scanners (RF guns) for picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated skills in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations.
- Ability to perform warehouse inventory tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds as required.
- Reliable work history with strong tenure and consistent employment.
- Ability to support 45–50 hour workweeks, including overtime as business requires.
Work Environment
This role is based in a small distribution center with approximately 58 employees, fostering a strong sense of community and a family-oriented culture. The facility operates multiple shifts, including a day shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM), a mid shift (Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–7:30 PM), and a night shift (Sunday–Thursday, 7:30 PM–4:00 AM), with overtime available and scheduled as business requires. You will work in a warehouse environment without air conditioning, so temperatures may become warmer during the summer months.
Daily work involves using forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand dollies, and RF scanners while handling materials and freight in a physically active setting.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $49192.00/yr. Quarterly ESOP program, medical, dental, vision, 401k after 6 months of employment, company stock is on a 6 year vesting period, accrue 14 days of PTO throughout first year.
