Order Selector Forklift Operator

RJ Schinner Co., a family-owned national redistributor, is seeking an Order Selector Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick, stage, and load customer orders using sit-down and stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. You will verify product, lot, and quantity, follow all safety and housekeeping standards, and help with inventory counts and replenishment.

Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you'll support dependable, on-time shipment of paper, food service disposables, janitorial supplies, and packaging to distributors nationwide while building a long-term career in distribution and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to pick and move products safely.
• Accurately select, stage, and load customer orders following pick tickets and RF scanner prompts.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and lot numbers to ensure order accuracy and minimize errors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse aisles, docks, and staging areas.
• Follow all safety procedures, equipment checks, and PPE requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and slotting as needed.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers efficiently and securely.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
