Description Responsibilities:- You will ensure daily work activities for the shift team are done efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands
- You will be responsible for directly training and assisting with day-to-day operations within the warehouse as well as monitor employees’ productivity and coordinate daily work activities
- You may operate warehouse equipment which may include forklift and reach trucks
- Required to train employees on safety, processes, and workflow within the warehouse
- You should be able to utilize a Warehouse Management System
- You will participate in assigned training programs and adhere to all guidelines
- You will communicate with co-workers to ensure a consistent team environment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- You will provide feedback through side-by-side coaching and on-the-job training and comply with all FST Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- You will perform and assist with additional warehouse functions as needed and due to business needs
- You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST

- Take ownership of your Duty to Communicate all required and relevant information to necessary people, departments, and customers
- High School or equivalent education
- 1+ year of experience in leadership or related experience
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills in dealing with customers and employees.
- Ability to use good judgment and think quickly and rationally in difficult or stressful situations
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to give and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions
