Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.25

Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer in Grove City / Columbus, Ohio. This role involves supporting daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day

• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
• Pack orders according to company and client specifications, applying shipping labels
• Verify product details such as numbers, quantities, sizes, and colors for accuracy
• Organize merchandise within designated warehouse areas and restock as needed
• Assist with receiving, organizing incoming inventory, and processing returns

• Dependability with good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift merchandise safely
• Prior warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
