We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Math & Science Content Area Coach who is committed to systemic student success and building teacher capacity through strength-based coaching practices.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can leverage data, cultivate collaborative relationships, and lead continuous improvement efforts that result in increased student achievement in mathematics. This position will play a critical role in supporting high-quality, benchmark-aligned instruction through coaching cycles, professional learning, collaborative planning, and data-driven decision-making. This aligns with Groveland Elementary's established focus on using data analysis, collaborative planning, and coaching to strengthen instructional practice and improve student outcomes.

Starting salary for new or returning hires is commensurate with relevant education and experience.
