Available Shifts

Night Nurses Needed
Choose from:

• 8-hour or 12-hour night rotations
• Full-time, part-time, or PRN options
• Flexible coverage areas:
  Groveland, Ocala, Leesburg, and surrounding communities

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments under physician or RN supervision
• Monitor patient conditions and record observations accurately
• Provide personal care assistance and support daily activities
• Maintain proper documentation using EMR systems (training provided)
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams

Qualifications & Requirements

Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification (hands-on) assistance available
Recent TB test (within 12 months)
Reliable transportation
Minimum of six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred
Compassionate attitude and strong ethical standards

Skills & Competencies

Clinical Skills: Medication administration, wound care, monitoring vitals
Communication: Clear, professional, and empathetic interactions
Decision-Making: Quick response to patient needs
Team Collaboration: Works well with RNs, physicians, and support staff
