Senior Accountant

We re looking for a hands-on accounting professional who wants to grow with a stable and successful construction company. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, experience in the construction industry, and the ambition to eventually step into a leadership position.

What You ll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Processing payroll
• Handling billing and customer invoicing
• Managing soft collections and account follow-up
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities
• Preparing financial reports and supporting leadership with financial insights
• Wearing multiple hats in a lean, collaborative environment where no task is  below your pay grade

What We re Looking For

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting required
• Construction accounting experience is required
• Approximately 5+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of job costing and construction financial processes
• Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting is a major plus
• Someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning the entire accounting cycle
• A professional who is looking for long-term growth
