Job Title:

Transportation Clerk Pay Rate: $21.50/HR

Shift: Sun – Thurs 5:00pm – 1:30am Mon – Fri 10:30am – 7:00pm

Job Description:

Perform various office and administrative duties to support transportation and logistics operations Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain databases and prepare miscellaneous reports as needed Audit driver logs, trip reports, and other DOT-related documentation Provide customer service support Track and maintain inventory and movement records Additional duties as assigned Serve as the primary point of communication between office staff, drivers, customers, and management Requirements:
Previous administrative, transportation, logistics, or office support experience preferred Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, billing, payroll, and fuel reconciliation processes Familiarity with DOT regulations, driver logs, and transportation compliance requirements Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidential records and information Strong communication and customer service skills Why choose Pro Logistix?
