Weekend Outbound Shipping Administrator

Location:

Groveport Shift: Saturday and Sunday only – 6:00am-4:30pm Pay: $21.00

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping paperwork, invoices, bills of lading, and export documentation.
• Verify packing slips, orders, and shipment details for accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve shipping issues, past due orders, shortages, and overages.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation providers, and other facilities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track lost or delayed shipments, provide proof of delivery (POD), and process damage claims.
• Support inventory control through reporting and data entry functions.
• Maintain organized records and assist with returned materials processing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, inventory, or warehouse administration preferred.

Work Environment:

• Combination of warehouse and office setting.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required.
