Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Performs a wide variety of administrative functions for Distribution Center or Configuration & Assembly Center. Maintains payroll, mail and ordering of supplies. Answers phone and act as a receptionist for the site.
Knowledge, Skills & Responsibilities Ensures all employees are in Kronos and maintains Kronos activity for site Maintains local payroll records and answers all local employee payroll inquiries. Help to maintain site vacation schedule and keep track of absences, etc. Answer telephone as needed and act as site receptionist. Assists, as needed, to order office supplies and warehouse supplies in conjunction with site manager requests.
Collects and ensures interoffice mail is sent to corporate daily. Performs copying and faxing tasks for the site as needed. Maintains records of deposits on a daily basis. Supports the compiling of month‑end statistics and any other statistics/reports required by site manager on an as needed basis.

- Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.
- Able to provide courteous, timely service when addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
Required Educational:
High School/G.E.D.
Previous Experience (Years & Type):
Previous administrative experience desired.
