Essential Job Functions:

• Ensures all laws and regulations are followed, making recommendations in order for company and vendors to be in compliance with local, state, federal, etc. laws, rules, and regulations.
• Continuously monitors and evaluates activities associated with marketing and execution of processes
• Revises and implements various administrative policies and procedures including safety forms and report formats
• Develops and implement safety programs and training activities for company employees as needed
• Develops safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports
• Performs compliance audits and implements follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Other duties as required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
• Working knowledge of basic regulatory frameworks, general regulatory and internal control requirements as well as industry knowledge in all aspects of compliance
• Capability to be a strong leader and motivator as well as having sound judgment and impeccable integrity
• Highly organized and focused on delivering results
• Must have experience in analysis and reporting, along with a deep working knowledge of various financial products and services

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
• 3 or more years of related work experience
• Industry related experience preferred

Certifications & Licenses:

• Professional certification may be required in some areas

Physical Requirements:

• Job requires the ability to use vision, adjust focus and work on a standard computer screen.
• Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.
• Job will require presence on-site at the assigned work location.
• Job requires attendance and dependability.
