The Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of operations across purchasing, inventory management, and product procurement. This individual is responsible for tracking purchase orders, maintaining accurate inventory balances across multiple warehouses, and supporting procurement activities to meet business demands.
In this highly collaborative role, the Sales Support Coordinator partners closely with replenishment buyers, category managers, distribution center teams, and sales stakeholders to drive alignment and operational efficiency. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing new item setups, ensuring data integrity across systems, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance processes and support business growth. Compensation DataCOMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $18.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job ResponsibilitiesData Entry and Order Management:
Work closely with inventory teams to communicate on stock levels, backorders, and product availability. Handle and submit customer purchase orders to ensure timely preparation for shipment and delivery.
Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor and address customer issues and discrepancies, submit form to accounting for processing to address said issues and discrepancies. Improve customer service experience by gathering feedback and implementing established processes.
Call Management:
Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, assisting with inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting issues. Initiate outbound calls for follow-up, order confirmation, and issue resolution, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service.
Sales Support:
Prepare and send customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary information is provided for decision making. Collaborate with buyers and inventory teams to research and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and stock availability. Research and submit product usage reports as required by customers, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
Operational Coordination:
