Sales Support Coordinator for wholesale commissary will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer experience, providing essential sales support, and addressing operational needs. This position involves handling customer interactions, resolving issues, and coordinating with various teams, such as the warehouse, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Working alongside Field Sales Specialist in a specific territory.
COMPENSATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

- Data Entry and Order Management: Work closely with inventory teams to communicate on stock levels, backorders, and product availability.
Handle andsubmitcustomer purchase orders to ensuretimelypreparation for shipment and delivery. - Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and address customer issues and discrepancies, submit form to accounting for processing to address said issues and discrepancies. Improvecustomerservice experience by gathering feedback and implementingestablishedprocesses.
- Call Management: Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally,assisting with inquiries, order placement, and troubleshooting issues. Initiate outbound calls for follow-up, order confirmation, and issue resolution, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service.
- Prepare and send customer quotes ina timelyandaccuratemanner, ensuring all necessary information is provided for decision making.
Collaborate with buyers and inventory teams to research and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and stock availability.
Research andsubmitproduct usage reports as required by customers,maintaining accuracy and timeliness. - Operational Coordination: Serve as a liaison between customer and the warehouse, addressing operational issues, order discrepancies, and logistical concerns. Track shipments, update customers on order status, and work with trucking partners to ensuretimelydeliveries.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and basic office applications (MS Office Suite). Experience with order management or warehouse systems is a plus.
