Customer Service Lead Coordinator
The Customer Service Lead Coordinator is responsible for following and implementing company policies and procedures that guide and support a positive customer experience. This role will monitor staff performance and ensure customers' satisfaction.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $25.00. Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with staff, faculty, and students
- Receive service requests via phone calls, emails, and on-line submittals
- Dispatch technician to respond to serve calls
- Create, enter data, and close work orders
- Work with supervisors to maintain an accurate work order backlog
- Provide information to personnel in times of crisis
- Work closely with the SRC supervisor in developing programs to facilitate communication
Qualifications:
- One (1) year of call and customer service experience.
- Must be able to interact and possess communication skills with individuals at all levels of organization, as well as clients, vendors, and sub-contractors.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Must possess flexibility towards work assignments and be a great teammate.
- Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively in writing.
- Possess motivation and initiative to perform assigned duties with a minimum of direct supervision.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
