What You’ll Be DoingAs our Packaging Equipment Engineer, you’ll be behind the scenes optimizing our high-speed filling lines and packaging systems. You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning.
- Eliminate downtime and boost productivity
- 🧠Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives
- Spearhead equipment selection and qualification
- đź“Š Track and report on improvement projects
- Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- 🧪 Support new product launches and capacity expansions
- 🎓 Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred
) - đź’ˇ Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, Solid Works, and 3D tech
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
- 🗣️ Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
