If you're passionate about making an impact and building something bigger than yourself, then we'd love to have you on our team!
Who is DTK?DTK was founded by Woody Mohler in 1996 and after studying Surveying Technology in college, he's spent the past 3 decades establishing a strong reputation in Central Ohio for his technical expertise and downhome, approachable business style.
The company name is deeply tied to family values—in fact, the acronym "DTK" represents the initials of Woody's three children:
Dean, Tyler, and Katie and as a family-owned business, the company heavily prioritizes community involvement and integrity.
In 2019, DTK joined the Thompson Concrete Family of Companies and since that time, they've developed into one of the leading land surveyors in Ohio. Now operating as a 100% Employee-Owned organization, they are proud to allow each team member to share in the success they help create.
Thompson Concrete has grown from a local construction company in Carroll, Ohio, into one of the most well-respected construction contractors in the region. Today, in addition to providing concrete solutions for data centers and other complex commercial projects, we also lead the way in residential foundations, heavy excavation, concrete pumping, commercial waterproofing and of course, land surveying.
Our success is fueled by a commitment to developing a great culture within the Thompson Family of Companies and as we expand…
