Technical Support, IT Project Manager
Join our team as a dynamic Infrastructure Delivery Manager, driving key initiatives across various technical environments and ensuring smooth operational execution.
Responsibilities- Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects aligned with quarterly objectives, focusing on effective coordination and timely execution.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on network, storage, compute, and cloud operations to ensure projects meet technical standards.
- Identify and address risks and dependencies, ensuring issues are promptly resolved for seamless project flow.
- Manage vendor relations and schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resolving any escalations efficiently.
- Track financials related to project execution, including forecasts, invoices, and reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Provide regular updates on project status, proactively communicating any constraints or risks to stakeholders.
- Minimum of six years in infrastructure delivery or technical project management with a focus on execution
- Proven expertise in networking, data center operations, and cloud infrastructure
- Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as Jira and Clarity PPM
- Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills
- Experience managing financial aspects of technical project delivery
- Ability to maintain a focus on tangible delivery outcomes in dynamic environments

The pay range for this role is $29 - $60 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
