We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry professional for a position in a receiving area. The role involves processing incoming server racks and their components, ensuring accurate data capture in a parent-child relationship structure. This position requires strong data entry experience and proficiency with relevant software.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry for items received in the receiving area.
- Process incoming server racks and associated components, establishing parent-child relationships in the system.
- Handle receiving processes involving Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in data entry, particularly within a receiving or warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with receiving processes and documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership qualities with the ability to take direction and guide team members.
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end receiving process.
