Warehouse Hardware Processor Pipeline – Shift: 7a‑3:30p
This role is focused on high‑volume processing of IT hardware including server teardown, drive removal, and preparation of equipment for secure data destruction and downstream recycling.
What you’ll do:- Disassemble servers, storage arrays, and IT hardware
- Remove HDDs, SSDs, and internal components from equipment
- Prepare drives for secure data erasure workflows
- Sort, box, and stage hardware for processing or shipment
- Follow strict data security and chain‑of‑custody procedures
- Maintain clean, organized, production‑line workflow
- Warehouse, production, or IT hardware teardown experience preferred
- Comfortable working with hand tools and repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- High attention to detail (especially around data security processes)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Reliable, consistent attendance and strong work ethic
- Able to lift, move, and handle hardware safely
- Team‑oriented with attention to detail
- Electronics recycling or refurbishing experience
- Basic computer hardware familiarity
- Inventory or packaging experience
