In this position, you’ll be at the center of our operations, partnering with teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to make sure the right materials are available at the right time. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving challenges, and like seeing the direct impact of your work, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do
  • Keep production running smoothly by ensuring materials are available to support manufacturing schedules.
  • Identify potential material shortages or supply risks before they become problems and help develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to balance priorities and meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate updates on high‑priority materials, batches, and finished goods to help teams stay informed and aligned.
  • Work with suppliers to expedite deliveries, resolve delays, and maintain material flow.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and partner with Inventory Control teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Participate in cycle count activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews and help prepare Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) analyses.
  • Partner with Customer Service to manage changing customer needs and communicate realistic delivery expectations.
  • Support On‑Time In‑Full (OTIF) performance by helping resolve material and process order shortages.
  • Release production orders, create production packets, and ensure manufacturing teams have what they need to succeed.
  • Help drive efficiency by coordinating material receipts and releases for timely production execution.
  • Maintain required documentation, SOPs, and work instructions in accordance with company standards.
  • Support a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, planning, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment.
What Makes You Successful
  • Enjoys solving problems and finding creative solutions.
  • Stays organized even when priorities shift.
  • Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships across teams.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are exactly alike.
  • Takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
  • Pays close attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
