Logistics Lead

TD Synnex is seeking a Logistics Lead to drive end to end logistics performance within our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement team. In this San Francisco-based role, you will manage inbound and outbound transportation, optimize inventory flows, and coordinate closely with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. You'll use data and logistics systems to improve cost, service, and reliability while leading a small team in a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments for TD Synnex
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on time delivery and optimal inventory levels
• Analyze transportation and warehouse performance, using data to improve cost, quality, and service
• Implement and refine supply chain processes, tools, and KPIs across the logistics network
• Lead and mentor a small team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety, trade, and transportation regulations and internal policies
• Partner with procurement and supply chain planning on carrier selection and capacity planning
• Support implementation of logistics technology solutions and integrations with existing systems
