Maintenance Manager

Develops, maintains, and coordinates operating maintenance programs. Develops and implements maintenance control procedures, including cost analysis of repairs and reporting. Oversees control and repair of all mechanical/electrical devices within the facility through the development and implementation of effective programs designed to lower related maintenance costs and minimize downtime on conveyor systems. Coordinates all safety and OSHA policies/procedures for the facility. Manages the facility maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Responsible for building maintenance, Fire Protection Systems, and outside facilities maintenance and upkeep.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, facility equipment, and forklift fleet.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies for repairs.
• Handle facility improvements and capital projects.
• Provide cost justification and business case analysis to partners.
• Oversee local projects, ensuring successful completion without disrupting production.
• Support financial planning for maintenance expenses.
• Maintain safety manuals, procedures, Hazmat, and MSDS sheets.
• Coordinate safety audits and enforce safety rules.
• Maintain knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Support testing of emergency systems.
• Oversee general building maintenance and service contract work.
• Report on repairs, expenditures, and facility workflow.
• Lead and develop maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with other Maintenance Managers and ensure team productivity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
