Pay: $70,000 to $75,000/year
Experience: At least one year of onsite manager experience overseeing large-scale operations

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where every day is different? Logic Staffing is seeking a dedicated, high-energy Onsite Manager for a well-known retail distribution center in the Columbus, OH area.
In this key role, you’ll be the face of Logic Staffing powered by Array
, managing operations, aligning service delivery to client expectations, and providing hands-on support to our incredible team of associates. If you love rolling up your sleeves, solving problems before they start, and building lasting client relationships, this could be the role for you.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery
- Maintain accountability for key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance
- Oversee daily operations at the customer site
- Build strong, trusted partnerships with client leadership and frontline employees
- Use data to identify trends and anticipate challenges before they arise
- Work with the customer to understand and forecast demand, and ensure demand is met
- Conduct daily site walks to maintain visibility, manage risk, and foster strong associate relationships
- Drive safety, compliance, and a culture of professionalism on site
- Identify and communicate performance trends, delivering coaching, and celebrating wins
- Own accident reporting and support investigations in partnership with HR & Safety
- Represent Logic at bi-monthly alignment meetings and share company updates
- Recent experience in the staffing industry is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A true people person—energized by helping others succeed
- Able to manage shifting priorities while keeping your cool
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Confident, professional, and able to handle sensitive matters discreetly
- Comfortable with auditing timekeeping systems and excited about driving process improvements
- 5+ years of equivalent business experience
- Creative ideas to drive client satisfaction and business growth
- Demonstrated will to grow, take on more, and be a peak performer in previous roles
- Experience managing metrics and working in a performance-based environment
