Warehouse Supervisor: 2nd Shift

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Material Control Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team in driving accuracy, safety, and productivity in materials movement, inventory control, and warehouse operations. What You’ll Do

As a Material Control Supervisor, you’ll be the primary leader for your shift by organizing, motivating, and developing the Material Control team to meet production and service goals, all while maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include
  • Leading, coaching, and empowering your team for success
  • Managing material flow from receiving through production and shipping
  • Problem-solving issues affecting inventory, shipping, and production
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiency
  • Monitoring safety and compliance procedures (GMP, OSHA, FDA, SOPs)
  • Leading and/or participating in inventory audits, investigations, and training
  • Using SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and systems integrity
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years in warehouse/materials environments (personal care, pharma, or food industry ideal)
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse setting
  • Experience using SAP (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Confidence to manage time, priorities, and people in a high-speed environment
  • Solid knowledge of FDA GMPs, safety standards, and inventory controls
