Tremendous opportunity for experienced Warehouse Operations Managers to join an established and growing team in Groveport!
The Warehouse Operations Managers will oversee several Supervisors and associates across a variety of clients and/or departments in a 3PL DC/FC. Duties will include hiring, training, work planning, directing work and similar.
Shift Schedule- 1st: 6-7a - 2:30-3:30p
- 2nd: 3p - 11:30p
- 3rd: 9p - 5:30a
Must be flexible for overtime and other shift work as needed, particularly during peak season.
Pay & Benefits- 1st: $95k
- 2nd/3rd: $100k

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the Warehouse Operations Managers will have:
- 5+ years of distribution and fulfillment warehouse experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment, preferably a 3PL (3rd party logistics)
- Experience operating a WMS (warehouse management system)
- HSD or equivalent
