, we’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and operating at its best. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — this role is for you!

Every day will be different (and never boring!). You’ll:

• Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
• Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
• Read blueprints, SOPs, and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
• Operate tools and powered industrial equipment like a pro
• Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Jump in where needed — teamwork makes the dream work!

You’ll be successful in this role if you have:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP environments (bonus!)
• A strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and positive attitude

• Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Stay active — lifting, bending, repairing, and moving throughout the day
• Use tools and equipment regularly (no sitting behind a desk all day!)
• Wear required PPE to stay safe and supported
