. A Picker II assists in departments by performing a variety of duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Lead Person, and/or Manager.

• Manages pick ticket orders.
• Pulls warehouse items from correct locations based on number, item number, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Ensures that orders are accurate.
• Stages items correctly for delivery.
• Meets picking quota of 160 cases per hour; accuracy and efficiency monitored daily/weekly.
• Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
• Performs tasks as described and assigned by the Department Supervisor/Lead.
• Maintains pace with work area and team, works as a team player, ensures product specifications are attained safely and efficiently, and communicates well with others.
• Assists other departments as assigned by Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
• Follows company’s GMPs, SOPs, rules and policies.
• Follows written and oral instructions; strives to satisfy internal and external customers.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
