Production Line Lead - All Shifts

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across the filling and packaging line.
• Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality.
• Train team members on SOPs, work instructions, good housekeeping, and safety protocols.
• Track scrap with precision and ensure proper disposal.
• Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP.
• Perform ongoing quality checks, including appearance, torque, and weight.
• Coordinate closely with cross‑functional departments on projects and changeovers.
• Investigate failures or deviations and help uncover root causes.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and safe line.
• Promote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policies.

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, SAP, and HMI systems.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Can stand, walk, bend, reach, push/pull for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a climate‑controlled environment with moderate noise.
• Experience operating motorized equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Standard PPE required (hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, etc.).
