Production Associate - Utility III

Position Summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. The role is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs such as hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, and other production tasks classified at a level three or below as needed to support the business.

• Hang or sort garments.
• Bag or fold product.
• Roll mats.
• Clean the work area.
• Perform additional production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet or exceed quantity and quality standards.
• Adapt to changing work areas/responsibilities, including filling in for other employees during vacations or absences.

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
• Adherence to attendance policy.
• Willingness to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
• Physical ability to stand most of the shift, perform repetitive motions, stretch, bend, turn, reach, lift and move materials.
