Operate Bobst Die Cutters 145 and 162 to produce quality cartons;
Perform press make ready: adjust press for new product sheets (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery);
Set guides, feeders and load dies into cutting press (approx. 150 lbs.) with assistance;
Inspect quality of each load run and flag/isolates defective materials;
Perform Pre-Make ready and Die-Prep duties and maintain production records;
Conduct preventative maintenance on cutters and maintain good housekeeping;
Assist in training new operators assigned to the machine center
