KDC-ONE is seeking an experienced Off-Shift Manager to lead our filling and packaging operations during off-shift hours at our Groveport facility. You will drive safe, efficient production to meet schedules and quality standards while building a high-performing team.
In this role you will supervise, coach, and develop production staff, coordinate shift transitions, and partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to optimize scheduling and lean initiatives in a cGMP environment.
