Electronics Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Refurbishment Technician to harvest, refurbish, clean, and test NAND flash memory components.

No prior NAND experience is required—full training is provided. This is a full-time position working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Pay is starting at $20/hr.

Responsibilities:

Harvest and clean NAND components from circuit boards.
Refurbish and prepare components for reuse, including reballing.
Test components using specialized equipment.
Inspect for quality and document results.
Maintain production records and inventory.
Follow ESD and safety procedures.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Cross-train and assist with other production processes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to learn technical skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Experience with electronics, computer hardware, manufacturing, assembly, repair, hand tools, or precision work.
