Overview

Position Summary:

Various schedules may be available and the details will be discussed during the interview process.

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
• Organize shipping processes by coordinating and monitoring trailer movement for example in the yard, dedicated carriers, and assisting leaders and managers with ensuring effective dock and trailer utilization.
• Support shipping process documentation by completing paperwork for pickup and delivery of shipments and verifying shipping paperwork; issue seals for trailers.
• Ensure freight is loaded onto trailers by moving freight manually or with powered equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
6 months of experience with Walmart Logistics, including clerical responsibilities (e.g., filing, data entry) using computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) OR 1 year of experience creating files, documents (e.g., emails, letters), spreadsheets, and datasets using computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
