Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in Construction, Restoration, or Home Improvement
    .
  • Proven ability to network and connect with key decision-makers.
  • Track record of developing long-term, productive business relationships.
  • Strong communication skills—articulate, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Professional presence with excellent presentation skills.
  • Experience in Property Restoration Sales is a plus.
Requirements
  • Drive new business development through cold calling and in-person meetings across Teasdale Fenton’s target markets.
  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities using strategic territory management.
  • Secure high-value appointments with prospects and clients in key business segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with Operations to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support the timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry functions to generate leads and expand market presence.
