• $24–$34 per hour
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available)

Raymond Storage Concepts is hiring a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift and material handling equipment at customer sites throughout the Columbus area. You’ll be working independently in the field with a company vehicle, while being supported by a strong local service team.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on forklifts and related equipment
• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Use schematics and diagnostic tools to identify root causes
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
• Accurately document work completed
• Communicate with dispatch, parts, and sales teams
• Maintain a clean, organized service van and tool inventory
• Provide professional, customer-facing service at all times

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of hands-on mechanical experience (preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems
• Ability to read diagrams and schematics
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills

• $24–$34/hour (based on experience)
• Company service vehicle (gas & maintenance included)
• 3 weeks PTO starting year one
