Experienced Carpet Cleaning Technician

• Base Pay $22.00 - $23.75 / Hour
• Employee Type Full Time Non-Exempt

We are a growing, professional cleaning and restoration company seeking an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

• Perform full-system residential and commercial air duct cleaning
• Operate negative air machines, agitation tools, and HEPA filtration systems
• Clean registers vents, and dryer vents
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate clearly with customers about scope and results
• Assist with carpet cleaning and water damage mitigation jobs when needed (training to be provided to earn more income.)

• Minimum 2+ years air duct cleaning experience (Required)
• Experience in carpet cleaning or water damage restoration (Preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and airflow principles
• NADCA certification (Preferred but not required)
• IICRC certifications (WRT or CCT) a plus but not needed
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined areas
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
