We’re seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems. Be part of an exciting team driven by excellence! • Diagnose and troubleshoot simple and complex issues with commercial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, packaged units.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they escalateth.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating findings and solutions clearly.
• Ensure work quality and assist in the training of less experienced technicians.
• Manage van inventory stock.
• Strong knowledge and adherence of build codes and job safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician, with expertise in boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems.
• Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing various HVAC equipment and complex issues.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• EPA Certification required.

Full‑time

$35+ based on experience

• 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• On‑call availability as needed
• Expected hours: 40+ per week

Overtime pay

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Commercial HVAC: 2+ years (preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• EPA Certification (required)
