Forklift Operator 3rd shift -Groveport

Position

We are seeking a Forklift Operator with LTL experience in Groveport, OH.

Shift: 3rd shift (4 days on, 10 off) from Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 pm–5:30 am.

Weekend availability is required. Possible overtime.

Full benefits starting Day 1 (see below).

Role focuses on moving products throughout the warehouse using various MHE. Requires skills and experience to operate manual handling equipment in compliance with local legislation. Typically requires an externally accredited qualification or licence.

Typical titles include Forklift Operator, Equipment Operator, MHE Operator.

• Utilize manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist drivers to load and unload trucks.
• Perform material‑handling duties such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, counting products, and related tasks.
• Ensure timeliness, packaging, and system work is completed accurately.
• Identify and annotate overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D).
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Read and follow detailed instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment in compliance with TSA and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Forklift Certified.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred – at least 1 year.
• Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and banding/shrink‑wrap material.
• Experience using an RF scan gun required.
• Prior forklift certifications preferred.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend shifts.
• Strong reading and comprehension of work instructions.
• Proficient teamwork skills with little supervision.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing).

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, bending, and lifting objects above the head. Employees must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted and use pallet jacks and forklifts.

$22.00 per hour (starting salary range for the position). Final salary will be determined based on prevailing market conditions and other factors.
